The Limerick Supporters Club in Dublin extends its deepest sympathy to the family of the late Michael O'Connor. A native of Newcastlewest, Michael was also a social member of the Faughs Celtic club. Funeral arrangements later. Ar dheis Dé go raibh sé.

An excellent attendance gathered at the Goat Grill in Dublin for the second annual mass for deceased members and friends.The mass was concelebrated by Fr. Paddy Kelly, Fr. Michael Kiely and Fr. Seamus Ryan. For the second year, the Limerick GAA Supporters club will gather to remember former members and friends who have passed away.The Annual Mass which is being organised by John Keating will take place in the Goat Grill in Goatstown on Friday 9 November at 20.00.All members and friends invited.

The Limerick Supporters Club in Dublin took on a new departure with a day trip to Belfast on Tuesday 2 October. An excellent turnout gathered at Faughs GAA Club on Dublin's south side at 7.45 am and arrived at An Cultúrlann on the Falls Road at 10.30. The Irish Language centre is in the heart of West Belfast. An art extension dedicated to Falls Road Artist Gerard Dillon at the centre was opened by President Mary McAleese in 2011. Seamus O'Carroll hoping to go one better

Limerick's Seamus O'Carroll, who lost out in both the senior hardball doubles and singles finals in 2011 is aiming to go one step further twelve months on as he prepares to do battle with Meath's Tom Sheridan this weekend.O'Carroll is one of an elite group of GAA stars who currently mixes inter-county hurling, football and handball as well as college commitments.
