All County Senior Football League Group 1 Round 3 St. Kieran's 2-03 Dromcollogher/ Broadford 0-07 This was a very tight game played in Dromcollogher on last Tuesday night in very heavy underfoot conditions on the night in question the goals killed us in the end of the game. East Junior B Hurling League: Well done to our Junior B team on two great wins last week, meaning four wins from four games in our East League campaign so far. We first beat South Liberties last Tuesday evening (May 14th) 3-14 to 0-13. This game was played at home and Doon was ahead by 1-08 to 0-07 at half time. Senior Hurling: Last Saturday evening Ahane took on Na Piarsaigh in the all county hurling league in Newgarden. Played before a big crowd this was an entertaining game of hurling with high quality scores taken. Minor Hurling: Our second fixture in the Minor Hurling Championship resulted in another draw, this time at home to the amalgamated St. Michaels.
